As part of Black History Month 2021, BBC Sport aired a national TV segment about Marshall "Major" Taylor, an American professional cyclist whose inspiring story of fighting discrimination and racism serves as a testament to resilience, determination, and perseverance to this day.
PROJECT
This was a quick turnaround project where we had to take a comprehensive look at the original artwork and find ways to bring it to life.
As part of the animation team, I was brought in to animate some of the shots where we had to rig and animate the main character. The main goal was to make the animation compelling while keeping it believable within the bounds of the style.
